Animation, structuring and support of research
Structure, coordination and support of cancer research in Toulouse are entrusted to dedicated measures. Three in number, their common goal is to support a continuum between basic and clinical research to generate new advances in knowledge of the mechanisms and healthcare in oncology.
The three measures in Toulouse
- The RITC Foundation (Research and Innovation in Cancer Therapeutics)
- The Foundation Toulouse Cancer Santé
- The Southwest Cancéropôle
If these entities have different means of action and geographical boundaries, all three have the purpose and ambition to support a continuum between basic research and clinical research. Their goal: generate new advances in the knowledge of mechanisms and healthcare in oncology.
