Prevent, treat, support and reintegrate: these actions are essential in the fight against cancer, based on a training policy. The Oncopole both takes up these medical, social and economic challenges and takes new initiatives.

The Toulouse region, renowned for the excellence of its research and healthcare, gathers together on the campus the needed resources:
- encourage training for research and healthcare careers,
- strengthen lifelong training,
- create a doctoral school specializing in Biology Health and Biotechnology adapted to the needs of the industrial sector,
- develop international training.
